inspiring vet care in the UK offers a welcoming, professional environment at Wellpets. We’re seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our small animal practice on a part-time permanent basis, working 19 hours per week across Mon–Sat with no bank holidays or out of hours.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling appointments, enquiries and payments while supporting colleagues across clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient and client journey.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organised individual with strong customer service focus.
• Able to manage appointments and multi-task in a busy reception.

Responsibilities
