Job summary

Vets for Pets in Leeds (Birstall) is seeking a friendly client-facing team member for a part-time role at our practice. You will greet clients and their pets, provide guidance on services, manage appointments and payments, and support the day-to-day running of the clinic using our online booking system.

The position is 24.5 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis. It is a 9-month fixed-term contract with potential to develop into a permanent role depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional client service and care coordination.
• Be familiar with practice services and any additional services.
• Maintain calm, friendly demeanor with clients and pets.
• Capable of handling related administrative tasks, including payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets on arrival.
• Offer guidance and support, build relationships with clients.
• Manage bookings and payments confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines using the online booking system.
