Job summary

Codi is seeking two part-time Scheme Support Officers to work in our supported housing service in Carmarthenshire. The role involves delivering intensive person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including histories of offending behaviour.

You’ll implement and review tailored support plans, maintain safety in the building, and work flexibly as part of a team to help clients transition to independent living.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for enabling independent living.
• Understanding of housing-related support and benefits systems.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support clients according to individual support plans.
• Ensure building health and safety and monitor who is in the building.
• Respond to challenging behaviours and changing needs as they arise.
