Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a part-time Scheme Support Officer for Clifton Place in Newport. This short-term role supports residents in a busy Supported Accommodation service, working as part of a dedicated team to provide housing-related support and help people live more independent lives.

You will engage with diverse clients, assist with tenancy management workshops, carry health and safety checks, and build community links.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and interacting with the people we support to help them connect with other support services
• Supporting Project Workers in delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing
• Carrying out health and safety checks + wellbeing checks within the scheme
• Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have
• Building community links and establishing partnerships that benefit our customers
• You will be faced with complex behaviours and needs and will need to adapt your approach to engage a diverse client base and manage disputes or conflicts appropriately
