Codi Group in Carmarthenshire is seeking two part-time Scheme Support Officers to provide intensive, person-centred support in our supported housing services. The role involves working on a 7-week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on helping clients with complex needs to live independently.

You will deliver tenancy management and wellbeing workshops, support individuals per their plans, and maintain a safe building environment.

Qualifikationen

• Passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible.
• Experience or understanding of housing-related support and benefits systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and patient approach in challenging situations.

Aufgaben

• Deliver workshops on tenancy management, health and wellbeing.
• Support clients according to individual support plans.
• Ensure building safety and health & safety checks.
• Handle challenging behaviours with empathy and professional boundaries.
