Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Coalville on a permanent part-time basis, offering 15 to 20 hours per week across 2 to 3 days. The role involves handling quotations for commercial clients and maintaining supplier/customer relationships.

The position carries a basic salary of £26,000 per annum full-time equivalent or £12,500 per annum actual for the part-time hours, with flexibility on hours and a possibility of additional hours during busy

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer relationships with suppliers regarding purchasing, forecasting and responding to customer enquiries accurately and promptly.
• Manage customer retention and loyalty through strong relationships.
• Provide high level of customer service in all interactions as Sales Support Administrator.
• Process sales orders including pricing, shipment dates and delivery.
• Liaise with operations regarding delayed orders and keep customers updated.
• Participate in management meetings and report on SLA performance.
• Coordinate and monitor invoice queries ensuring timely processing.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by your manager.
• Step up to assist the Manager when needed.
