Seasonal Sales Associate, UGG (a division of Deckers Brands).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and model the Service Training Program.
• Address customer questions accurately and respond before they leave, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
• Communicate our return policy clearly and maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members.
• Promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to the dress code.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
