About The Role

What youll be doing:



  • Youll be joining a small team of between 4 6 members of staff

  • Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience

  • You'll be working up to 32.5 hours per week

  • Any extra time worked beyond your contracted hours is paid or can be taken as time off in lieu

  • Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner

  • Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers

  • Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when they're bewildered by choice

  • Youll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets


What youll need - skills and experience


  • Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers

  • Youll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment

  • Youll have previous experience in dealing with customers

  • Youll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range

  • Youll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills

  • Youll possess basic computer literacy

  • Youll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
