Mole Valley Farmers in Basingstoke is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding service and support product availability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be trained fully; part-time, Sundays, 4 hours per week, with a pay rate of £10.85–£12.71 per hour. The job focuses on customer-first service, stock presentation, and accurate cash handling.

Formación

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service.
• Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service that is friendly, respectful, and solution-focused.
• Support the store team in maximising sales opportunities through product knowledge.
• Take ownership of a designated department and drive sales through merchandising and promotions.
• Review stock levels and adjust seasonally to meet customer needs.
• Process goods inwards and maintain stock file accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store is well-presented.
• Becoming proficient in cash handling and following company procedures.
• Work in line with health & safety guidelines and GDPR compliance.
