Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to perform field visits at residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. The role focuses on resolving accounts, reconnecting services and assisting customers in financial difficulty.

The position offers flexible working with a minimum of two weekdays, eight hours per day, and a guaranteed daily rate. You will receive full training and ongoing support across UK-wide assignments.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance is required.
• DBS check must be clean.
• Healthy credit history, CCJs considered with arrangements in place.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.
• Ability to work independently following company policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and support customers in difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings where required.
• Coordinate with clients and adhere to company procedures and objectives.
