Centrick is seeking a part-time front-of-house coordinator in Leicester to deliver an outstanding resident experience. You will handle enquiries, assist with move-ins and viewings, and help maintain high standards across the property while supporting safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in lettings, property, or residential sector is desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience through engagement activities, resident support, and smooth move-in/move-out journeys
• Manage front-of-house operations, handle enquiries professionally, conduct security checks, support property viewings
• Support occupancy and resident retention by collaborating with internal teams and local market insights
• Maintain high property standards, cleanliness, presentation, and prompt resolution of issues
• Promote safety and compliance through building patrols, incident response, and risk identification
• Monitor site performance against KPIs, support sales/ops objectives, contribute to social media, provide performance reports
