Job summary

Centrick is seeking a part‑time customer-focused coordinator to support resident services across our Leicester area. The role covers front-of-house duties, resident queries, move-in/out coordination, and general property support.

You will engage with residents, support occupancy initiatives, and help maintain high standards while collaborating with internal teams and local market insights. An eye for detail and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English, with a high standard of grammar and spelling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems with good IT literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience through engagement activities and smooth move-in/out journeys.
  • Manage front-of-house operations and handle resident and visitor enquiries professionally.
  • Support occupancy and retention initiatives with internal teams and local market insights.
  • Maintain high property standards including cleanliness and presentation, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct building patrols, respond to incidents, identify risks, and maintain records.
  • Monitor site performance against KPIs and contribute to reporting and communications.

Job Duties
  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience through engagement activities, resident support, and seamless move-in, during-residency, and move-out journeys.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, handling resident and visitor enquiries professionally, conducting security checks, and supporting property viewings.
  • Support occupancy and resident retention initiatives by working closely with internal teams, third-party agents, and local market insights.
  • Maintain high standards across the property, including cleanliness, presentation, housekeeping support, and prompt resolution of property-related issues.
  • Promote a safe and compliant environment by conducting building patrols, responding to incidents and emergencies, identifying risks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor site performance against KPIs, support sales and operational objectives, contribute to social media activity, and provide regular performance reporting to management.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships and respond to customer needs with empathy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard of English, spelling, and grammar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with strong IT literacy.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, delivering high levels of service and results.
  • Previous experience within the lettings, property, or residential sector is desirable.
