Job summary

Centrick is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Birmingham-area team. You will respond to resident and client enquiries, manage cases end-to-end, and keep records accurate and up to date.

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues quickly, provide regular updates, and escalate concerns when needed. A proactive attitude and attention to detail will help ensure a consistently positive experience for clients and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, administration, or resident-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once.
• Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Confidence in handling customer concerns and escalating issues when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to resident and client enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Manage customer cases from start to finish, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Keep customers informed by providing regular updates and clear communication.
• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and specialists to resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding actions, follow up on progress, and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
