Job summary

Optegra Eye Healthcare in Uttoxeter is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Patient Services team on a part-time basis.

You will work 30 hours over three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and providing admin support.

This role offers funded training and development, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a forward-thinking healthcare provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or face-to-face customer service roles.
• Experience with billing/accounts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cover the main hospital reception and greet patients and visitors.
• Be the first point of contact in person and by phone, handling enquiries.
• Support the Patient Services Team with billing and general admin tasks.
