Job summary

Optegra Eye Healthcare in Uttoxeter is hiring a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join the Patient Services team. You will work 30 hours across 3 days, acting as the first point of contact at the hospital reception and handling queries and general admin tasks.

The role offers fully funded training and development programmes, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within a forward-thinking business.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house customer service.
• Experience with billing/accounts is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
• Well organised, able to prioritise and cope with pressure.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cover the main hospital reception and be the first point of contact.
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Assist with patient queries before and after consultations.
• Provide general administration support to the Patient Services team.
