Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care or reception environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, directing them to the correct area.
• Provide directions and signpost patients to services such as pharmacy.
• Update patient details accurately on Trust systems.
• Complete clinic e-outgoing (cash up) to SOPs for letters and follow-up bookings.
