United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is looking for friendly Receptionists (Band 2) to support outpatient clinics across multiple sites. You will welcome patients, log arrivals and assist with core clinic administration at busy front desks.

The role requires good keyboard skills, attention to detail and a patient-centred approach. GCSEs in maths and English (or equivalent) are expected, with weekday daytime hours and opportunities for mandatory training.

Competenze

• GCSE maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent, or NVQ Level 2 in customer care/administration or working towards them.
• Experience in customer care or reception environment.

Mansioni

• Welcome and check in patients attending outpatient clinics, directing them to the correct area
• Direct patients to services such as pharmacy
• Support car parking and Blue Badge registration where required
• Update patient details accurately on Trust systems
• Complete clinic e-outgoing (cash up) to agreed procedures
• Locate and chase missing patient notes to avoid delays to clinic flow
• Request porters to assist patients
• Hand out patient questionnaires and circulate clinic lists
• Escalate clinic issues to supervisors or clinic coordinators
• Liaise with patients, representatives, clinicians and Trust staff, in person or via Teams
• Deliver professional, compassionate and patient-centred service at all times
• Attend training relevant to the post and mandatory Trust training
