United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is hiring a friendly Receptionist (Band 2) to support outpatient clinics in Lincoln. You will welcome patients, check them in, and manage details with accuracy, coordinating with clinical teams to ensure a smooth clinic flow.

The role offers flexible working options and a commitment to staff development, with NHS pension and opportunities across Trust sites. You will be part of a patient-centered service in Lincolnshire.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care skills or Administration or working towards it.
• CLAIT or European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent.
• Experience in customer care or reception environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients attending outpatient clinics.
• Provide directions and signpost to services such as pharmacy.
• Update patient details on Trust systems accurately.
• Support clinic cash up and administrative tasks as required.
• Liaise with clinicians and other admin staff to ensure smooth clinics.
