£43,000 - £45,000 (FTE)

3 days per week

9am - 5:30pm

Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Our client is a thriving financial institution located in the heart of London, and they are looking for an experienced, proactive and professional Part‑Time Office Manager to join their talented and growing team. This is an incredibly varied role, and will incorporate all aspects of office management and facilities support. What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily office operations and procedures
  • Manage and maintain office regulations & health & safety
  • Deal with external suppliers and contractors
  • Be a critical part of an office move
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
  • Support team members with administrative tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintain a welcoming and organised office environment
Who You Are:
