Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position as Office Assistant.
  • High attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including preparing meeting rooms.
  • Manage office supplies and orders.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate departments.
  • Organise local company events and workshops.
  • Manage reception duties, greeting visitors and handling incoming post.
  • Oversee Health and Safety management locally.
