Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Workforce Coordinator to support the Obstetrics and Gynaecology team at Wexham Park Hospital. This newly created post will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure smooth management of the medical workforce.

The role focuses on administrative support for medical rotas, sickness and leave recording, and general workforce administration within a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a busy office environment.
• Experience dealing with Consultants and Junior Doctors as well as admin team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of medical rotas.
• Use Health Roster to record sickness, annual leave and workforce information under direction of the Workforce Coordinator.
• Maintain workforce information accurately and efficiently.
• Provide general admin support to the Workforce Coordinator and Service Manager.
• Undertake other duties within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Directorate.
