Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is offering a part-time Workforce/Rota Coordinator (Band 5) in the Medicine Directorate at Frimley Park Hospital in Camberley. You will manage medical rotas and workforce planning to support safe, high-quality patient care.

This 22.5-hour-per-week role is permanent, requires excellent organisation, and involves collaboration with consultants, junior doctors, and admin teams to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
• Management Qualification

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule medical rotas for elective and non-elective clinical activities.
• Oversee on-call rotas to maintain service continuity and patient safety.
• Coordinate annual leave, study leave and other absences for all grades of medical staff.
• Support recruitment processes with HR to address workforce gaps and planning.
• Ensure compliance with rota regulations and working time directives.
