NHS Professionals is seeking a Clinical Receptionist and Booking Clerk for Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. This temporary role is 20 hours per week on a rota basis from 7:15am to 10pm, across Monday to Sunday, in Doncaster. Reference: 91527.

You will manage patient reception, update records, assist with self-check in, and handle Outpatients enquiries, contributing to efficient NHS operations.

Formación

• Previous experience working in a reception role.
• Previous experience using IT quickly.
• Previous experience working within customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Reception and documentation of patients, including validation of patient information.
• Updating patient information using the Patient Administration System.
• Assisting patients to use the self-check in kiosks where possible, recording the arrival of patients using the Trust’s digital check in service.
• Dealing with any telephone enquiries received by the Outpatient department.
• Dealing with patient enquiries at the desk and giving directions to other departments.
