You will work within NHS services, handling IT systems efficiently and delivering customer-focused support. This temporary position offers varied shifts, with training and development opportunities provided by the Bank network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception role.
• Ability to use IT systems quickly and accurately.
• Experience in customer service environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document patients, validating information.
• Update patient details in the Patient Administration System.
• Assist patients with self-check in kiosks and record arrivals.
• Answer telephone enquiries for the Outpatient department.
• Assist desk enquiries and guide patients to other departments.
