University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay is seeking a motivated receptionist to join the Outpatient Booking and Reception Team at Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Lancaster. You will handle incoming calls, coordinate outpatient appointments and support patient care within a busy NHS setting.

Experience in a call centre or reception is advantageous; full training will be provided. The role may involve occasional weekend work and flexible hours to meet service requirements.

Competenze

• GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Keyboard skills/computer literate.
• Customer care.

Mansioni

• Answer telephone calls and respond to patient, GP and staff queries regarding outpatient appointments.
• Mutually agree suitable dates and times for patients to see a clinician in outpatient settings.
• Work with highly confidential information and maintain data protection.
• Be part of the reception team with potential weekend shifts and flexible working to support service needs.
