Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking a Lettings & Operations Co-ordinator for our St Albans site. You will manage lettings, support pupil transport, and assist the Estates team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Hertfordshire group.

The role is part-time (2pm–6pm, Monday to Friday) with benefits including pension, free use of leisure facilities, and travel perks. Previous school or facilities experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities to manage lettings and facilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for external partners, staff and pupils.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and robust safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer school lettings across facilities.
• Respond to enquiries and build relationships with external organisations and clubs.
• Promote facilities to increase lettings and income.
• Arrange bookings and ensure safety checks are completed.
• Monitor lettings for safeguarding and site requirements.
• Support pupil transport arrangements and supervise pupils awaiting transport.
• Manage staff parking allocations and maintain records.
• Assist Estates team with fleet management and site operations.
• Support emergency procedures and wider site operations.
