A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking an Interim Legal Counsel for a 6-month fixed-term contract, 3 days a week. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment.
• Qualified or qualified by experience.
• Experience with medical device distribution is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the healthcare manufacturing business.
• Draft and manage NDAs, supplier agreements, and manufacturing agreements.
• Address copyright, patent, and trademark issues.
