Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a commercial property business in Peterborough. This role blends hands-on HR activities with shaping the people strategy across a nationwide organization.

You will own the HR function, support managers and employees, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll with HR Administrator support, and policy development. Part-time, up to 28 hours, with a salary up to £40,000 per annum full-time equivalent pro

HR Manager Part-Time

Location: Peterborough office-based
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum full-time equivalent, pro rata
Hours: up to 28hours
