Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to support patient and customer experiences. You will handle enquiries by phone and online, guiding customers through the services offered at the site and managing the journey with care.

The role is fixed-term, part-time (22.5 hours per week) with pro rata pay, and emphasizes data protection, accuracy, and empathetic communication within a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages, with a high level of competency in Word, Excel, and in-house CRM systems.
• Demonstrate call management and call handling skills.
• Ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times, working to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the services.
• To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), across different payor types supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the site.
• Taking ownership & accountability of the customer journey and referral management of each customer.
• To maintain all patient records accurately and in accordance with national and/or local procedures and timescales, checking that all Minimum Data Set information is captured on patient records accurately.
