Vets for Pets in Redhill is seeking a Head Receptionist to lead the reception team, manage admin duties and ensure high levels of client service. This role requires strong customer service, IT literacy and the ability to liaise between clients and the clinical team.

You will conduct 1-to-1s, manage staff rotas, holidays, and support payroll processes, while handling client communications and maintaining a smooth day-to-day operation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the reception team and ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide a link between clients and the clinical team and handle client communications professionally.
• Conduct 1-to-1s, manage staff rotas and holidays, and support payroll processes.
• Handle debt management, weekly banking, and general admin duties with strong computer literacy.
