Job summary

Redhill Vets for Pets is seeking a Head Receptionist to lead our reception team at RH1 6QL. This part-time role (30 hours per week) combines frontline client service with admin oversight and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will supervise staff, manage rotas and holidays, assist with payroll, banking and debt management, handle client concerns professionally, process payments and bookings, and strengthen the link between clients and the clinical team through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing a team.
• Veterinary practice experience is an advantage.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
