Job summary

Homes for Students is seeking a Lettings Advisor to support the lettings lifecycle from marketing to tenancy management. The role involves travelling between properties, conducting viewings (virtual and in person), and ensuring compliance while delivering excellent tenant experiences.

A car and driving license are essential, with a 20-hour weekly schedule and core administrative duties to maintain records and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with strong written and spoken skills.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and keep accurate records.
• Confident in building rapport and communicating clearly with tenants and landlords.

Responsibilities

• Book and conduct viewings both virtually and in person.
• Manage tenancy takeovers and renewals.
• Ensure compliance documents are issued at the correct stage.
• Handle tenant queries, inspections, and property maintenance coordination.
• Manage move-in/out processes and inventories with accurate records.
