Job summary

Student Cribs is expanding its professional lettings division in Manchester, owning the full letting cycle from enquiry to tenancy. You will work with marketing on channel strategy and report to the Head of North on performance.

The role is full-time in Manchester with a discretionary bonus up to 25%, standard hours 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, and a company phone and laptop provided. Driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing lettings and tenancy management processes.
• Ability to drive occupancy and convert enquiries to lets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with tenants and partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy across the professional portfolio from enquiry to tenancy.
• Develop new letting channels and briefing marketing on deployment.
• Manage viewing process and convert enquiries into lets quickly.
