Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Property Advisor to support the turnaround and letting of void properties across Ealing. This field-based role requires regular travel between properties, so a car user is preferred.

You will conduct property viewings, complete tenancy sign-ups, and provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants, working closely with Housing, Allocations and Repairs teams to ensure homes are let quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience carrying out viewings and sign-ups of void properties within housing association/local authority/social housing.
• Strong understanding of the voids and lettings process.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct viewings of void properties.
• Complete tenancy sign-ups in line with council procedures.
• Promote available properties and support applicants through the lettings process.
• Liaise with Allocations, Housing Officers, Surveyors and contractors to progress voids.
• Maintain accurate property and tenancy records using housing management systems.
• Manage property keys and access arrangements.
• Support vulnerable residents and liaise with relevant agencies where required.
• Ensure properties meet lettable standards and all compliance requirements.
