A leading transportation solutions provider is seeking a Part Time Customer Support Advisor to join their in-house Customer Care team in Sevenoaks. The role involves handling a variety of customer inquiries, managing sensitive information, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a team player with proven customer service experience and strong communication skills. FM Conway is recruiting for a Part Time Customer Support Advisor to work within our in-house Customer Care team. The role is permanent, part time and based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent. Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:30am to 3:00pm, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries including employees reporting personal injuries, accidents, vehicle incidents, utility incidents and other inquiries.
We are looking for a strong team player with proven customer service and complaints-handling experience. You should be confident communicating with a variety of people via telephone, email and face-to-face. You will be comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information and demonstrate a consistently high standard of customer care. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong customer focus and be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
