Oliver Bonas Limited is hiring a Team Member for 16 hours per week to join our OB Team. You will help deliver a fantastic customer experience, maintain product knowledge, and support daily store operations across key days.

The role requires flexibility to work Mon, Thu and Sun patterns, with changes based on business needs. We value approachable, resourceful individuals who engage with customers and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in training opportunities and contribute to team sessions.
• Adhere to stock deliveries and health and safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping across store and stockroom.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance.
• Know the store’s best-sellers to support sales growth.
