Job summary

Santander in Newtownards is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. Working 21 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you’ll assist customers with transactions, technology in-branch, and phone support, helping them navigate digital banking while protecting them from fraud.

The role is a 12‑month fixed-term contract with a pro rata starting salary of £25,158 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.
