Job summary

Santander UK is recruiting a Customer Experience Consultant at Fareham Branch, 21 hours per week on a rota between 8am and 6pm. Based in Fareham, you’ll be the friendly face, listening, solving problems, and guiding customers through digital-first options.

You’ll work in a close-knit branch team, handling a mix of in-branch and phone support, aiming to simplify banking for customers while protecting them from fraud. Flexible, proactive attitude required.

• Presenting options and solutions across a range of products and services with a primary focus on digital first.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Developing meaningful relationships with customers, and working with colleagues to look after their day-to-day and long-term needs.
