Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant at the Guildford Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice, a listener and problem solver for our customers, helping with cash transactions, guiding technology use in the banking hall and answering calls.

This role offers variety, teamwork and development in a multi-skilled environment, with support and opportunities to grow as we innovate with digital-first solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service roles.
• Ability to listen, understand and anticipate customer needs.
• Comfort with digital banking and in-branch technology.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls in the contact centre.
