Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant at our Newtownards branch, working 21 hours per week on a rota basis. The role supports customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via digital channels, with emphasis on delivering simple, helpful banking experiences.

You'll join a close-knit team in Retail Banking and help customers with everyday financial needs while developing strong relationships and contributing to a positive customer journey. Competitive benefits apply.
