Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Consultant for the Fareham branch. Working 21 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, you’ll listen, resolve issues, and guide customers through digital-first options across banking products.

You’ll handle calls, build relationships, and support a multi-skilled team in a busy branch environment. You’ll thrive in a flexible, customer-focused role that values proactive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
