Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant at the Guildford Branch to deliver a friendly, helpful service 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday 8am–6pm. You will listen to customers, present digital-first options and respond to calls while building relationships and resolving queries.

You’ll thrive in a multi-skilled team, supporting customers with everyday banking needs and technology, aiming to make banking simpler for everyone.
