Job summary

William Hill PLC in Newport is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be at the heart of our high-street shop experience. You’ll welcome customers, process bets, and demonstrate betting terminals to help customers enjoy a great experience.

You’ll join a team that values service, with rota-based shifts between 8am and 10pm across the week, and a supportive environment focused on training, Safer Gambling, and career development.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (legal requirement).
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills to engage with customers from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face.
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
• Helping customers by demonstrating how to use betting terminals.
• Building relationships with our customers and providing an excellent customer service.
• Championing safer gambling at all times.
• Supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities as required.
