Job summary

William Hill is looking for a customer-focused team member to join our retail shops across the UK. You will welcome customers, assist with bets, and help users operate betting terminals while delivering outstanding service and promoting safer gambling.

You’ll be part of a friendly, energetic team within a long-standing high-street presence. Expect rota-based shifts, including evenings and weekends, with training and ongoing development supported.

• Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful manner.
• Ability to handle queries and process transactions accurately.
