Job summary

William Hill PLC in Crewe is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries and demonstrate betting terminals. You will help build relationships and champion safer gambling in a busy high-street shop.

Shifts run 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday on a rota, with evening and weekend work. The role includes training and development opportunities, a pensions plan, and plenty of incentives to keep you motivated as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (it’s a legal requirement)
• Passion for delivering great customer service
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with the ability to engage with customers from all walks of life

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
• Helping customers by demonstrating how to use betting terminals
• Building relationships with our customers and providing an excellent customer service
• Championing safer gambling at all times
• Supporting managers with shop displays and opening / closing activities as required
