Job summary

Santander in Sittingbourne is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor to work 21 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You'll be the friendly face and voice for customers, helping with simple cash transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and supporting fraud prevention.

You'll join a close-knit team, enjoy flexible duties beyond a single task, and have opportunities for development while contributing to customer satisfaction and community banking.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
