Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Witney branch. This part-time role covers 21 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, inquiries and calls in a supportive, multi-skilled team.

You’ll build relationships, learn about services and products, and identify ways to improve the customer experience. A flexible, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.
• Clear communication to understand customer needs and explain solutions.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and work flexibly in a multi-skilled team.
• Ability to adapt to a broad range of activities and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into the contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions for customers.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
