Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Fareham Branch. This part-time role is 21 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.

You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling tasks from simple cash transactions to assisting with technology in the banking hall and safeguarding customers against fraud. • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
