Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Guildford branch, working 21 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and supporting through calls and in-branch service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face-to-face or telephony).
• Clear and effective communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to perform a range of activities in a busy branch environment.
• Flexible, can-do approach to work and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
