Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser for a part-time role at the Chester branch. You will engage face-to-face with customers, manage transactions, assist in opening savings accounts, and support colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Training is provided through a 12-week programme, with opportunities to grow in the Society. The role requires excellent people skills, strong listening, and empathy, plus a collaborative team spirit.

• Open and set up tills and handle cash transactions.
